This 1976 Porsche 911 Turbo Carrera is finished in white over black leather and powered by a turbocharged flat-six mated to a 4-speed manual transaxle. The car was purchased by the seller’s father-in-law in the 1980s and driven until his passing in 2013. It was then stored outdoors in Seattle through 2019, when the seller’s wife took ownership and relocated the car to another storage facility. The engine has reportedly not been started since 2013, and the seller notes work will be needed throughout. This 930 project is now offered in Idaho with a clean Washington title.
Originally finished in Light Yellow (117), the car was repainted in white some time ago by a previous owner. A dent is present on the left rear fender, and several blemishes in the paint can be found throughout the body. The front valence and rear reflector panel are unattached but were positioned in place for photographic purposes.
Staggered-width 15″ Fuchs replicas wear Pirelli P-700-Z tires up front and Yokohama AVS F50 tires out back. The tires show cracks in the sidewalls and will need replacement before driving.
The vehicle was reportedly parked outdoors from 2013 to 2019. Severe wear is shown in the black interior with some missing portions of the carpet and rips in the headliner. A pair of aftermarket front seats are installed.
A Panasonic head unit resides in the factory radio location, and a leather shift knob with integrated boot has been installed. VDO instruments include an 180-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and a 6-digit odometer indicating 102k miles.
The turbocharged flat-six is paired with a 4-speed manual transaxle. The seller notes that the car was running in 2013 prior to the passing of the previous owner, but no attempt has been made to start the vehicle since.
Photographs of the front trunk show sheet metal wearing Light Yellow paint, as well as a spare wheel and factory components.
The car was built in December 1975 and was one of 530 examples built for 1976 model year US-market delivery. Serial number 0177 indicates it was completed relatively early in the production cycle. Filed under: 911, 911 turbo, 930, 930 turbo
