Price: $37,875 Negotiable

This 1977 Chevrolet K5 Blazer was sold new by Barnes Chevrolet of Summit, New Jersey and reportedly used at its original owner’s summer home in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. The truck was acquired by the seller in 2019, reportedly from the son of its original owner, and shows 13k miles. Power comes from a 350ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case, and additional equipment includes the Cheyenne trim package, two-tone paint, towing mirrors, vinyl upholstery, and a hardtop with sliding side windows. Service under current ownership included fluid changes as well as installation of 31″ BFGoodrich tires on replacement wheels. This K5 shows 13k miles and is offered with manufacturer’s literature, a window sticker, service records, its removed stock wheels, and a clean Georgia title in the seller’s name.

The body is finished in Cordova Brown (81) with a Frost White (12) center section, hood, and hardtop. Brightwork includes chrome bumpers and a rear wind deflector as well as side and rear moldings with gold insets, and the truck is equipped with the Cheyenne trim package that included a hood ornament and striping. A Barnes Chevrolet badge is affixed to the tailgate.

Replacement 15″ Rallye wheels wear chrome hubcaps, beauty rings, and 31″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires with 2019 date codes. A spare wheel with an older tire is stored under a black vinyl cover in the cargo area. Stock white steel wheels with hubcaps are included in the sale. The truck is equipped with power-assisted steering and brakes.

The cabin features Buckskin vinyl seat upholstery, color-matched door trim, and brown carpets protected by rubber mats. A center console with cupholders sits between the front seats, which are equipped with shoulder belts.

A stock steering wheel frames a speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges in a woodgrain panel. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads just over 13k miles, 500 of which were added under current ownership. Amenities include an air conditioner and a pushbutton AM radio.

The 350ci V8 was equipped with a four-barrel carburetor when new. Corrosion can be seen on the dual-circuit brake master cylinder. The seller had fluid changes performed in October 2019.

Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels through a column-shifted three-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case. The came with 12-bolt rear end from the factory as well as an optional 31-gallon fuel tank.

The sale includes manufacturer’s literature as well as a window sticker showing options and a $8,786 list price when new.
